Sr.
Chris Pellant (Sr. Pellant) is presently the Director of Special
Education and Enrichment at Lakes International Language Academy. He
has had several varied experiences in the field of education over the
past decade and a half in the field of education. He has served as a
principal, policy writer, vice president for an education company,
education specialist for the Minnesota Department of Education,
Director of Special Education, special education coordinator,
professional curriculum writer, and special education teacher. Sr.
Pellant holds licensure as a Superintendent, Principal, Director of
Special Education, Special Education Teacher, and Coach.
He graduated from high school from Wausau East High School in Wausau,
Wisconsin. He attended the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg,
Manitoba, Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minnesota (B. Ed),
Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (M. Ed.),
and is finished with his Doctorate in Education (all but dissertation)
from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sr. Pellant
resides with his wife and three children in Forest Lake, Minnesota. He
enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing the piano,
singing, playing basketball (and virtually all other sports), and
spending time at his family's lake cabin in Hayward, Wisconsin. Sr.
Pellant also is a worship leader at a church in Forest Lake.
