Profe Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse with
degrees in Elementary Education and Spanish. While at UWL he had the
opportunity to study abroad in both Spain and Mexico. After returning
to the States, he wanted to find a job where he would be able to
utilize Spanish in a way that would benefit children. LILA and Jeff
turned out to be a perfect fit. This is his 5th year teaching in the
2nd grade. He has enjoyed his first four years and expect the same for
year five.
His wife, Lindsay, and kids
are Forest Lake residents. He has three daughters - Kailyn, Zoe, and
Maia. Kailyn, his oldest, will be entering kindergarten here at LILA in
the 2011 – 2012 school. Lindsay recently earned her master’s
degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wisconsin –
Stout. In addition to being a mother of three, she also works part time
counseling adults with mental health disorders. Outside of school, Jeff
spend most of my free time with my family. In rare instances he can be
seen snowboarding, playing basketball, and relaxing in his back
yard.
