Donations Accepted From Individuals, Families and Corporations

Some people donate in honor of their children. Some people donate in memory of family and friends. Some donate because they support an educational approach with a global perspective and second-language focus. Some want a tax deduction. Some appreciate recognition for the donation while others prefer anonymity. Why We Accept Donations

As a public school, Lakes International charges no tuition and we receive funding on a per-pupil basis from the State of Minnesota. We’ve also received monies from federal and private sources through grants or donations.

We manage our dollars carefully, and we’re held accountable for our fiscal responsibility by the Minnesota Department of Education. Every aspect of our curriculum, including teacher salaries and student computers, has been apportioned. However, we would like to enhance the educational experience at Lakes International with your help. Our current target areas include:
