The parents at Lakes International are the primary supporters of of its students, teachers, and school board. Lakes International was established by parents and volunteers who wanted to create a rich education opportunity for elementary students, using the Spanish-language immersion methodology. Through a wealth of experience and knowledge, the parents of Lakes International support, build, and maintain the values that are taught by Lakes International's teachers and administrators, strengthening the international and cultural approach that makes this school one of the most unique in the Twin Cities area.
